For consistency it will be cash games. You have a lot more control over your situation than you will in a tournament. If you get a crazy player at your table you can wait until you get a good hand to attack with and not worry about your blinds going up. Plus you always have the choice to get up and leave. In a tournament, you usually need to make the final table to get into the good money. That will generally take 2-3 hours.
Because in my opinion every game brings profits if you study and have discipline in the game. And in styles and game modes will all have different opinion ami what I like playing Hold'em tournaments.
I would say tournament poker brings in the most money. It take take you awhile to win a tourney but, well worth the effort when you do. Cash games are a big grind and a steady way to slowly increase your bankroll.
The game with the softest players. For a couple of years, I played a home game on Saturday nights instead of the casino because even though it was a .25/.50 game, I always cashed out over $200 profit.
The most important is to dedicated time studying e analysing your own game, finding the mistakes you are making, and discover how to fix it. With dedication, any kind of game can bring you very godd profits.
it's quite dificult to answer this question.. because, depends of type of game you play, in my case i prefer to play NL HOLD'EM , and cash games and zoom games are the best
