Blieve’s ‘What is the average age of an online poker player?’ got me going on this one.
I thought it would be interesting to find out more about CC members and online poker players in general. What do we share in common? Perhaps a brief informal summary from the members that would like to contribute? I’ll give it a try.
63 yrs young, male, married, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, from Niagara Falls, NY, retired, 33 years in law enforcement. Sports, almost all of them, both participating and as a spectator have dominated much of my free time since I was 8 years old. I am very competitive and obsessive about most everything I do. Played cards recreationally until the WPT got me started on poker. Played on and off until very recently, but now poker has become my latest obsession. Although I consider myself a recreational player, I have had some success in MTT’s and it would seem that I will be at this for some time.
