I never even thought about rakeback until recently. After doing research I have come to find out that in most cases playing 50/1 or .25/.50 all you need to do is break even for the month and you will get back a reasonable ammount to increase your bankroll.
I'm starting to seriously consider taking all my roll over to FT and earn the 27% rakeback. If I'd have played there form the start it would have earned in the region of $2k .
I'll check my exact numbers when I get home to PT but from what I remember I'm averaging just under 1.5PTBB/100 hands in rakeback at FT. Definitely nothing to sneeze at.
230 VPPs per 1000 hands at 50nl. At gold that's 460 FPPs per 1000 hands or 0.46 FPPs per hand. $285 is for 25000 FPPs so that's 54,348 hands for $285. Works out to .5244 BBs/100 (since a BB is $1 at 50nl). This may not seem like much but if I'm currently averaging about 1,000 hands/hour (although only at 25nl) so that's a boost of $5.25/hour, not bad at all. Anyone have rake stats at 50nl?
Actually this is crazy. Playing 50k hands/month (about what I'm averaging at 25nl, and I'm playing about 15 hours/week) at 50nl will get you platinum by their estimate. With the platinum bonus, this will get you an extra $4485/year. Not bad.
I don't like to put links in post like this (looks like you're fishing for referrals). Just google rakeback and you'll find a multitude of sites that offer it or check out the rakeback specific forums on 2p2.
If you play alot rakeback is a must. The problem is that you have to create your account through the rakeback provider. If you already have an account at a site i don't think you can't go and change it to a rakeback account.
