Maybe I'm overlooking something but it seems like the only reason these poker sites are legal in us is because they haven't been shut down. I'm not seeing any reasoning beyond "whatever poker is still operating and accepting us players" as a reasoning to why they're still legal. To me that's like saying so and so drug dealer hasn't been caught and arrested therefore buying cocaine from him is legal. Can someone provide a logical reason to why a certain site is legal will continue to be legal and won't be shut down unless something changes in the legal system or the sites business practices
