I took 4 years break from poker due to family n other things. That time I lost my drive in poker , playing anything at all .Now when I came back to poker after 4 years , I feel like new player with drive , passion. So yes break is very imp

I take a break every 3/5 Days for a day ore 2.
Every 2/4 weeks for more and in holiday I'm not playing...

It's freetime and time to relax with frinds. Nice weekend.

Poker does not forgive a break even for a while. It is a big mistake to think that you can return in good shape at any time.

I'm having my worst poker year ever. I took 10 days about a month ago, and it was helpful. I'm still having complete shit luck. I should break again.

When you played structured formats such as leagues, bankroll challenges and point based tournaments, breaks are greatly appreciated. You almost counting the days and hours. One thing to play when you feel like it and another to have to show up with an "A" game.

Weekend structures can be grueling as there are many things you rather be doing. I'll brake for poker, just not try use the handle between the console when you need to pull it up fast!
