I think that is a problem in a lot of poker players' games. They don't know when to walk away from the felt or the virtual felt. Sometimes it is good to step back and take care of other things in your life. Go out with some friends, go on a shopping spree, just do something different to take you away from the game of poker.

I've been running good, but I've decided to take a break from the virtual felt this weekend to re charge my batteries. The last thing I want to do is completely burn myself out, or wear myself down constantly playing because it WILL have an impact on my game.
