Im used to bad beats so i dont go on tilt anymore from a bad beat. This tilt that im experiencing is from my own decision making problems. when i consistently make the wrong decision it gets to me. For example, I have a pretty strong hand on the flop, player calls, scare card hits turn and i face aggression (ie:I check, player shoves) and make a terrible lay down. Or i call with the losing hand when it feels like im beat but i just somehow refuse to accept it. This over time put me on tilt. I think it got really bad after last nights live cash game where i mentally blew up. Im sure its something i can work on to get better at making the right decisions every time. After the hand is over i can go though the hand in my head and see where i went wrong or clearly see that i was beat and a call was terrible. But while in the hand i cant seem to go through the process, could be that im to focused on how could i lose this hand, constantly feel like a player has out drawn me after calling me down, and to focused on the money aspect of the game. I just know my decision making process is terrible at the tables and its putting me on tilt.
