I am sorry if this is a dumb question, but.... How can I track my hands? (How can I get those statistics?)

We use tracking software like Pokertracker 4 or Holdem Manager 2. You can read up more on these programs by visiting their homepages (google). The forum also has discussions around them in Poker Rooms => Poker Software & tools
