Seems like anger/excitement is the worst, controlling my emotions seems to get the better of me every time. Must have to learn how to forget about bad beats and just move on to the next one its just one hand and a game can't be defined by one single outcome. It's mainly a series of events

Controlling emotions is not a means to drive them deep into yourself! Emotions should definitely exercise, instead of keeping them in yourself!:)

If you will not to show emotion for a long time, you will inevitably arise nervous tension, you enter a frustration and a any psychological problems.

Is not it?:):)

We all are not computers and are not able to constantly make the right decisions when playing poker. But the truth is that mistakes - it's part of our development and forward movement. Mistakes make even the best poker players!
Of all the responses I realized that the need to change their attitude to mistakes - accept them as part of themselves and develop further.

Sometimes we make mistakes just because of us, we rush, tired or simply bored. We can lose at poker with AA or KK even in hand, if we're not careful.

Tournaments are long, the breaks are small, so accumulated fatigue and begin to blunt that leads to incorrect bets on my part.

I would have to say greed and regret. Greed is probably the problem for most. Sticking to bankroll limits and knowing when to call it a day has got to be a part of everyone's game

What is listed are concepts about inherited emotions that come from inherited mistakes that happen as soon the first bet was ever made and people are making mistakes within the list of concepts as this is typed here. Psychology offers conditions about how these concepts affect each person and to what degree the mistake is made after thought before choosing a decision.

Each movement within poker has its own proper place and movement. Even the list of the concepts this member has read. When analyzing concepts, psychology offers conditions for example; psychology can give conditions why the tree fell but not the actual fall. Philosophy will get closer to the truth of the fall, the absolute, using emotional intelligence allows for all emotions to be embraced from understanding one’s own emotions. The “self” can recognize itself in another especially when observing a player demonstrating emotions, and even when it is the “self”, the brain is trying to find the absolute of its existence within poker; it struggles with understanding of the abstract that poker offers every hand.

This process can now be understood, and the terms listed can then become closer to be properly identified, each within its own natural state of existence, its own proper place within poker that leads the person close or perhaps the absolute of why emotions affect their game in a negative or positive way from psychological conditions that are recognizable at and away from the table.

For example, fear is a good emotion that allows for laser focus in the moment at the table a player needs to tap into fear when it is the proper time; panic however, can kill you or your game. I realized I do not have a fear of death but anxiety of how and when it is going to happen instead.

For example, just like life in some areas and trying to win the last hand of an MTT because of how rare it is to win the last hand; unless a person wins their last hand then anxiety will then make a movement within my mind when understanding that eventually I will lose the last hand, I just do not know how or when? The Concept of Anxiety is closer to what my game feels in the moment before the movement of actuality at the table not fear of death of my game?

Being an existence of a hypocrite in situations that are repeated is hard for the “self”, our brain, not to repeat because the existence of all beings are going to repeat the very thing we rail against within forums, at the table, taking the bias out of discussions, being hypocrite less allows facts to come out instead of opinions or statements about a concept. The only way this ceases to exist is if in fact we cease to exist.

In item 4: Seeing patterns

See patterns is a psychological error? Where did you get that from?

He means the tendency to seek purpose where there is only process. There are thousands of systems based on that very tendency. It's why you see that tally display above the roulette tables that shows the last dozen or so numbers. Why the baccarat pit so thoughtfully provides those tally cards and even two color pens for you to record every hand. Patterns will inevitably arise in any series of random, independent trials, but these mean nothing.

You also see these in the markets: the "Super Bowl" indicator, for example. Lots of nonsense surrounding both the markets and gambling, and seeing a purpose behind random events.

Patterns in Poker, however, are not the same thing, as these correlate to the player's style and game philosophy. These are patterns that can be exploited. It is also why you should pick hands from your range that you will play in the same manner: to randomize your patterns.

The hardest thing for me is after losing a large pot, especially if it was close or they sick out on me. This is when I tilt majorly and feel like I have to move up in stakes in order to get the $ back. I know this is a HUGE error in bankroll management, so I need to stop this.

My major problem is tilt when I play cash games mostly , but i have found ways to deal with it , I just don't play any more for a period of time to rethink of my mistakes and don't repeat them again , like now I don't play zoom 5nl for 5 days cause last time I was on tilt and got angry and used more from my bankroll than I had decided to (for every session ) ...Maybe I have to make the rules even more strict ...

Lack of discipline and tilt control. It's ok to get steamed/frustrated sometimes at the game but knowing when to take a break or noticing when your mood is impacting your play is critical.

Ideally we want to remain even keeled mentally and focus on one hand at a time. Ideally we do not even want to feel steamed or frustrated while playing but we're human so emotions like this come up in aspects of our lives. But always be working towards being in control of your mind and emotions and not letting them color your play or decision making in the game.

Revaluation card. The strength of the cards should be assessed properly. Beginners often lose with a weak ace.

I think the main problem - is the loss of concentration, especially when playing on multiple tables. Of course, if you have basic knowledge of poker strategy.

Too understated or overstated betting limits. Playing on the small stakes, your winnings will be negligible. And making big bets, you will be afraid to lose and have done a lot of mistakes. In both cases, the game will bring only losses. Play should be at the amount that is not afraid to lose.
