Poker Softwares?

How many of you use tools such as PokerTracker and things like this and how has it changed your game. And what would you recommend? Thanks

I am currently using Poker Prospector (Poker Academy). I find it really good as it gvies you detailed reports on pretty much anything you want to know as well as all the usual info etc. You can alway try the trial version of these programs first to see which you like, ie Poker Tracker, Poker Office etc.
