Went to the local casino last night with my 70 yr old mother and my two sister's. They only have slot machines, which I hate, but my mom is a video poker wiz, and we needed to cheer up my sister.
So we went, now my mom knows how to work the machines there but she only plays $0.25 limit, two pulls in and she hit a Royal Straight Flush for $1000.00 then hit for another $500 after that! It turned out to be a fun night and prosperous for my mother, LOL, more importantly it cheered up my sister!
These machines were so weird, if you were playing Deuces Wild and were dealt 2 and a pair, automatically giving you 3 of a kind, my mother said throw away the pair and you will definitely be dealt another pair but you have a better shot at getting four deuces, and ya know she was right! It was too funny, everytime without fail!
She doesn't win all the time obviously, otherwise she'd go everyday and hit but she is definitely on to something there.
