If you like what you do, all that comes is profit.

Poker players receive additional or main income in poker rooms. How is this possible? It's just that the player is required to adhere to a profitable strategy that allows you to receive income not every specific day, but in the long term. It turns out that the user can alternately play minus and plus, but in the end he receives income, since the profit exceeds the loss. How much you can get in this way depends directly on the player

Thank you for your comment. I will think about my long-term strategy inverting to a many-sided profitable one. GL.

I noticed that playing for fun results to my bankroll increase. As soon as I start focusing on money, I lose.
Ever collided?

I only ever play for fun, Money is a poor second place for me. I don't want to win lots of money, just to say I came in 1st place is enough for me, some time's it is also enough if I reach the final Table in some of the bigger tournaments.
I once reached 63rd in a big game where the top 100 got a ticket to a bigger game so in theory I actually won and beat several thousand's of other players all trying to win the Tickets.
I used to play a lot of play money games and noticed I was doing well in the micro-stakes but wanted to get into the High roller games, I did, but noticed I was losing all the time, and when I sat and thought about it, the problem was me! The game was the same, O.K. the stakes had gone up but my playing style had dropped to a more cautious style because of the higher stakes, so I started to play a more aggressive game and started to win again.
When it comes to moving up in Stakes and playing at a higher level you have to be aware that your game does not suffer and you begin to lose more than you win, and forget about the chips you are playing and concentrate on the blinds!
I like many used to play with my chip count showing and when the blinds went up it became frightening how your chips go down in value, So now I only ever play with the BBs showing so that I know how many I have left and when it becomes time to Shove all-in or call those all-ins from other players.
If you scare away from the marginal calls you need to make at certain times it could cost you the game.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

Hi.
First of all, I play for my own pleasure. Poker for me is great fun after a hard day's work.
Good luck.

Quite right, playing poker for fun is better than for making money.

The sense of realization itself is a pleasure.and the bankroll increase is double. It depends on what you're playing for.Money is evil. They always bring bad luck.but there is no place without them.

If you play your bank roll without focusing too much on the money and you can play your best game, I think the main thing is to develop and improve your skills, work on mistakes and the money will come, most likely )

That's exactly about me. Sometimes I wish to not know about what is going on with my bankroll, but have to for obvious reasons.

I don't play for the money. More as a challenge for myself or as a hobby, but naturally I'd enjoy it more when I'm winning money ;)

Besides, one chip is rarely one dollar (or cent or whatever currency used). That is what Independent Chip Models (ICM) are for. I'm more focused on winning the game and chips just so happen to be the units of the game. Unless it is a cash game, you can seldom just walk away with your "money" whenever, so it really isn't like money exactly. Economists would probably call this money but not equal to liquidity, but I'm not going to nit-pick details ;)

The less you care about the money the better you will play. Caring about the money just gets your emotions into play. It is best to accept temporary losses and downswings as part of winning and not let it bother you.
