Crate a live game bankroll... so far i`ve been using the money i win to buy food and whatever.. Now i`m going to treat it as a separate amount i dont touch for anything but buy ins.... I have a full time job so the money from work will cover any expenses i have...

Play more poker and at more than minimum stakes. Always take a moment to make good decisions. To not bluff stations or payoff limpers and minraisers. Play some more live games.

Solid play at the MTT's:
1) Play tight and aggressive
2) Learn to thin down the table to HU
3) Learn how to play the dreaded middle pairs
4) Learn when to shove
5) Learn how to recognize betting patterns
6) Learn to identify other players and how to exploit them
7) Learn to make effective continuous bets and how to defend cbets when the other person is bluffing.
8) Learn how to effectively play from the blinds.

8 very simple and very basic concepts. I would guess that most players we are going to run into, especially at the lower/micro limits do NOT have a handle on these concepts.

I am not going to worry about win/lose ratios at the moment. It is fun making money, but at this stage of my development if I learn to make good decisions the money will take care of itself.

The main theme for 2009 is: LEARN TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS.

Read more books, build my bankroll, play more private freerolls instead of public ones, Make it to one live event in the UK through Qualification. Not to play QQ alot when there's a K or an A on the board, and quit hanging on to cards when i know i am drawing dead.
