Online bet timing

Some people online take 20+ seconds to make a move, others bet or check within 3 seconds. Are there certain advantages to one over the other?

I totally agree, maintaining a discipline in the game is fundamental, you can know a lot about strategies and game statistics, but if you do not know how to control the emotional factor in the game you will always end up losing!
