It does affect both online and live poker, but mostly OLP.
It is higher on any list of importance for US players, but England, France, Spain, Italy and other countries have some form in place.
It is wrtten on paper, so it can be crumbled, but we would have to do something weird to get a copy in our hands, like request an official copy.
The 'R' word would have been regulation. My original phrase was OLP Legislation, once it became clear this was a tuff one, regulation became a possible winner.
