Poker, Fun or Occupation?

I started playing for fun, then it turned into playing for money. I never play as a job. I will say this though, I have won way more money playing for the fun of the game than I have playing to win money if that makes any sense. Maybe it's less pressure when I play for fun.

Recently I made my account on pokerstars and deposited $20 with the idea I would turn that $20 in a few hundred after some time playing.. Well I started out really well and made up to $80 from cash games over a few hours playing but then lost most of it just as fast.. So far im still a begginer, Im not the worst and nowhere near the best but I have been learning alot over the last few months and thats whats important. I personally wouldnt look at poker as a reliable source of income, but I enjoy the playing the game and definitely enjoy winning some money

The best way to live with poker is to see as a hobby....its a bad hobby when you loose...but if you win ....you like it .Many times you need to pay attention because you may loose a lot of money ....so be serious
