Playing PLO live

Pokernews has a story about the upcoming Poker After Dark, where the pro's will be playing PLO. Made me wonder how you do that. How do you control the cards without showing your hand to the opponents? And having a large hand like that, checking for colour when every card is dealt must further complicate matters. Have anyone tried this live??

Sure, guess i'm just imagining sitting at a 9 player table struggling to see your PLO hand, keeping tabs on your outs and colours without showing it to the world.
