I prefer to play between 7PM and 11PM, but the interesting freerolls for me, who live in Costa Rica, often start between 12PM and 5PM and it is not practical to be able to concentrate while I have customers coming and going.

I prefer to play at night, because is when I usually have a free time. I play mostly tournaments so I try to start to play at 8-9pm at maximum because I go to bed around 1-2am.

When I wake up I make two large cups of coffee and I am off to the races with poker. For me this is perfect and I also play after my afternoon nap. I like playing when I am fresh and cannot play after a long day of doing nothing. Playing poker for me it has to be after rest or a good sleep. The eight hour grind is tuff on me as I am old so in the end the physical and mental part always gets the better of me. Rest is a huge part of my game. Capo1014

I like to play from early in the morning to mid-afternoon in an 8-hour schedule, but that will always depend on the modality you play, whether it is sit & go short tournaments, cash games or Mtts.

play at the time where you feel most comfortable and where the platform where you play has good traffic when you go to play.
