I have been playing on bodog over a year and have had no problem depositing money with my credit card. I don't put more than $20. at a time and just have fun playing poker and their casino. The last few weeks I have done pretty well and decided to cash out $140. This is the first time i try to cashout on Bodog and to my suprise they are holding up my $ until i fax them my driver Lic., front and back of my credit card,(the same one I have been depositing with over a year) and an additional piece of I.D. like a passport or my credit card statement. I called Bodog to see if this was just for new players so they would be sure of an idenity. They told me I still had to fax all of that info to receive my cash out. They told me this was their policy to be sure I was the right person. I asked them why they did'nt make sure up front when they were taking it out of my credit card. This did not seem to be a problem for them then. I have a real concern about sending so much info to them. I am not comfortable sending them my credit card statement and I do not have a passport . If I can not get $140. out without this much info. and hassle I will not deposit there again. Any help would be appreciated. Trouble 92:mad:

This is the same way at all sites. Most of them will let you take a picture of your documents and email it in.

NEVER do this! I emailed ID documents to an (unnamed here) poker site, and somebody wound up with all the info they needed to try to hack into my bank acct., credit cards, etc.. Fortunately, being a small town bank where everyone knows everybody by name, they caught it. It still took an eternity to get all the damage sorted out.

not like this at all sites.. I didn't have to send one shred of ID to Ultimate to withdraw.

With UB, you must call and verify your credit card when you deposit..then it's clear sailing from there.

I never had to send any of that info to cash out at party poker when they allowed U.S. players. I am really uncomfortable about it and had the fear that reglardave wrote about. trouble92

I have cashed out of PS, Full Tilt Poker, and Ultimatebet numerous times, and never had to sbmit any of this, ever.

I have cashed out on the same sites and each of them made me send docs before the first cash out

I believe they just want to verify your address. So you can block out your drivers lic. number and send them a copy of your phone or utility bill. Talk to them and see why they need the credit card statement, you could maybe block out the card/account number if they need it for id.

did you ever have a problem video taping a moving on hbo? I never did, but it's against the law. I also drive 10 miles an hour over the speed limit and download music over the internet.

I report my earnings and therefore pay taxes on it, so I don't see what their problem is.

Yep, it's like a divided highway.

5,000 lanes inbound, but only one coming back out.

If you had read Bodog's terms for cash-outs BEFORE you sent them your $$ you would have known this. I've cashed out there a few times and the 1st time I had to send them these same docs (faxed).

I haven't had this problem on ps and full tilt. It must be certain sites that require this info.

WVHILLBILLY, Thank you for scolding me like a child instead of just giving me some helpful info. I already know enough people like you.
