Almost all poker sites want you to deposit some money first, before you can cash out. Did you ever deposit ?
Then you have to submit some documents, if it is your first withdrawal.
And they will use the same method for cashout like your deposit method was !

Fulltilt has temporarily suspended cashouts by check, due to problems with their check processer. So,you can cashout by having it put directly into your bank checking account.
I posted a thread on this matter,a few days ago,if you search my posts.

no checks?? This gives your bank a lot of power in shutting you down if they suspect a deposit from a poker site. I better start saving my money to play at the casino.

Im sure you have to deposit to get the money out (if you havent allready done so) They will for sure ask you to verify ur ID,Adress etc before they allow you to withdraw.

FTP`s support has to be the slowest ever on responding customers..Many times it have taken 3-4 weeks until i get a reply, and when i finally do, they ask me to send in documents, which takes 3-4 more weeks to get verified!LOL

pokerstars is by far the best, get replies in 10 minutes and a lot easyer to deal with.

They are slow, but not that slow. I think the longest I waited for a response ever was a week. Usually 2 or 3 days, not weeks.

I love these myths, can people stop spreading the lies, lol. You DO NOT, let me say it again, DO NOT need to deposit to withdraw at most major sites (Full Tilt, Pokerstars, bodog, plus PlayersOnly, confirmed). I believe this myth came about because to use certain withdrawal methods you must first have deposited by that method.

You will usually however have to provide proof of ID and address.

i don't think it's really a myth but that it was true at one time, especially about 5 or 6 years ago. i clearly remember this being the case on partypoker when i won several hundred dollars
