I would have to get something worth cashing out first. Haven't put any real cash into a poker site since neteller stop allowing USA players to use hteir service.

Question for anyone who has actually claimed their winnings on past returns:

Do you have to be specific about the individual locations that you got your winnings from?

Let's say I live in one of the states in which online gambling has been outlawed and that I have some winnings from PS and some from a B&M casino. When I report my PS winnings do I actually have to say that they came from PS? And if I do could it possibly come back to bite me in the a$$? (Is this the 'silver platter' law that AG was referring to?)

The US government could make billions off online poker but since they try to enforce us to not play they lose all that money.

If a candidate runs for President that says he will allow and tax poker playing on the net I will vote for him.

Are you serious because I really don't want to put the 132,000 I'm going to win from the Full tilt 750,000 guarantee on my tax forms. That's going to be such a hassle! =]
