Patience is the key to winning

Does anyone have any exercise to train patience throughout the day?

I know that any change of habit, has a minimum term of 30 days (from the little I saw on the internet) does anyone have any tips or help for reprogramming?

Patience is important, but you have to stay active. As always, it's a balancing act.

Same here, my biggest flaw is not enough patience to wait for that one, perfect hand. I'd be a lot richer if I could haha

It helps, for sure. The key is learning IMO. Constantly learning more...
