I do understand that. Though, if expected a possible cheat, I wouldn't play even with diamond cards...Plastic for sure. Yes, there is a real aesthetic to handling paper cards, but at the end of the day the plastic are much more difficult to nick or mark and foiling any potential cheaters is more important than how the deck feels.
