Notes about the players...

How important you think the notes about the players?
Low - never does
medium - sometimes
High - whenever possible

I'm honest friend
I don't make too many player notes
In PS I have a series of colors to label them, from 1 to 8 I have a scale of the players who play very well, well, or more or less, or badly. And color 8 I use for my friends

Not that important (?) since i usually use "highly controversial notes" on certain players ...

Depends on how frequent you play certain tournaments or cash games.

I would say if you tend to see the same players regularly a few notes might be helpful!
