There are universal nicknames for common hands such as Aces - Rockets, Kings - Cowboys and Twos - Deuces. But do you have any other hands that you have your own nickname for? Here's some from me:

K8 - Henry VIII
Jacks - Brothers (If universal, let me know)
Q2 - Elizabeth II
J5 - James the Red Engine

Ace-two or A2 is called Arizona, King-three or K3 can sometimes be called king crab, King-two or K2 is jokingly called Donald, since deuces are often called ducks and Queens or QQ are kindly called ladies, and in an unkind way - knots.
