new to online poker- question

Hi,

I am pretty new to poker, about a year now. I am really trying to step my game up and perfect it. (hold em).

So its time to get humble and ask some beginer questions..

why can i crush in live games but not online!!???

its killing me, i try lower stakes and it works a little. I have such a passion for poker, and i see people making a killing. What is the secret?

Hello and welcome to the forum!

A lot of people have problems making the transition from online to live or from live to online. There are a few threads at this site discussing this, you may want to check out the most recent ones:

As far the other stuff, there are answers everywhere here so I suggest you read through some threads in the forums and don't forget to make a post in the introductions forum so you may introduce yourself.

*I suggest for your questions you start with the strategy forum reading through posts and the Golden Archives has a lot of great articles. You will also want to post some hand histories in the Hand analysis forums so others can offer advice and suggestions.
