A couple of days ago I was taking part in a bit of a discussion on Twitter re: why online poker in New Jersey is floundering. Melissa Burr, a rising star poker pro, had some strong opinions about it. She used to live in New Jersey herself and ended up recently moving to mexico to further pursue her career in poker.
I asked if she'd be interested in putting her thoughts, ideas, opinions, and suggestions into something more formal and she was kind enough to oblige with a beautifully written op-ed piece:

She is the rare poker pro who, rather than just complain, has stepped forward and taken action...as well as encouraging her fellow poker pros to do the same.
