First time i've seen it. I've never heard the ruling that Tony G. could only call for the rest of the hand? I think thats a poor ruling. The hand should have been dead because it was flipped over. Tony should be happy he got the collect the chips he could.
Goes to show you that no matter how professional you are, there is that time where you will make a mistake after playing in a long tournament. It is like going on tilt in reverse, because it is entirely your fault. In poker, mistakes happen and should be expected to happen. Even the best players make them. One could only imagine what would have happened if this was Phil Helmuth instead of Tony G..There would have been a meltdown from him that would live on in infamy!!!! Exhaustion plays tricks on the mind, and even the best of the best will make mistakes when tired.....sendittoken..
No doesnt make me happy, tony can be an ass but so can a lot of players, he looked tired and made a mistake. Was sort of funny. I agree the white jacket was funnier.
