Poor bankroll management and maybe gotta improve your game a bit. Need to be patient and build slowly. Some get lucky trying to move up quick most dont... so its better to have more bullets. If you put in 1000 dollars only play the 1 dollar games and anything lower. Keep playing with a good strat and dont let other players bad playing put you on tilt you loose but you will also win more in the long run.

You have to stop playing for 50-60 days, and then decide to change tactic or stop forever.

Take a break unequivocally, and preferably a long one. Work in the programs, watch training videos and try again after a vacation, the main thing is to maintain bankroll management.

If sb has not good BRM , it is very possible not to be able to control loses , big losses that would shaken his feelings towards poker generally . If you really love the game. You ll cone back . With good BRM , if you see what games you can play and have profits , if this satisfied you you'll be able to keep on playing poker . If you go for a big win asap , that is not a good idea .npatience is needed, patience and hard work , the harder the better the results will be

It all depends on what percentage of the bank was lost! maybe you should rest for a while, if you drain the whole bank and can't control your emotions, maybe you should stop altogether

I have been playing poker on Pokerstar for 2 months and have already lost 850 CAD. Should I stop?
You must have an amount that is not significant if you are going to play for fun, now if you deposit with the intention of increasing your bankroll, I recommend that you stop and practice free games.

If you are habitually losing, maybe it just isn't for you. You don't want gambling to be an addiction that turns into a money sink.

If you are a new player though, you can expect to lose initially. Lower your stakes. Play at a level that isn't going to hurt you financially and take it seriously. Try to learn from your mistakes and identify when you lost due to a bad decision, and when you were just unlucky. Review your hands after each session.

If you do stick it out, stay at the lower levels until you are winning and have gotten a reasonable sized stack, and then move up one level at a time. There's no shame in going back down a level.

If you haven't won anything in 10 years, it's very bad. Play only freerolls, at least you won't lose money.

You should reevaulate why your playing and how you are playing. If not able to change, then yes get out.

If the money you lost is not very important, then you can continue if there is free money. However, if this money was needed, then it is worth stopping and earning money at work, and not trying to win it back

I think that if 850 has already gone and you haven’t stopped yet, then it doesn’t hit your wallet, it’s up to you to decide) In addition, if you are simultaneously studying something new, training, then you are clearly doing it not in vain. Well, it's probably worth lowering the limits anyway)
