Longest poker session

My longest session was probably when I went deep into the pokerstars million tourneys when I was still able to play on PS. Great tourney, but they took wayyyyyy too long for my short attention span.

Hi guys, I just finished a 16-hour cashgame session at the micro stakes. First time I played that long Not like I felt the necessity to play that long, but it was just one good spot after the other, couldn't resist. Now the last fish has cleared and I can hit my bed.

How long was your longest online session?

for me just 7 maximum 8 hours, and what was the result how much did you win

Basically 48hours while being transported to Saudi Arabi...we played ever chance we had while in the desert. Being in a Evac Hosp we did have some down time after some very long hours. Whish I could it was a profitable session. The last 3 days in country were brutal and took all my winning and then some. There is a one guy who still has a marker he wont trade in, says its collecting interest....is that allowed? LOL

I played up to 8 tables NL10 & NL20, but switch tables a lot, constantly looking for good spots. I made about 180 dollar that session, with slightly higher EV.

Have gone for 24-30 hours a couple times live (wouldn't recommend very dangerous if you don't plan on staying near the Casino) and would say longest online would prolly be 24 hours straight..

I think it was around 10-12 hours MTT playing. I hardly ever play CG...my longest CG session was under 2 hours.

This past weekend was 21 hours. The wife wasn't to happy with me lol. I'm surprised that I haven't crashed yet. I guess if it's not a regular thing your body can survive.

Some crazy numbers in here - I think my longest would have only been maybe five or six hours. And I know for a fact I wouldn't have been playing well at the very end of that. Generally my concentration starts to go by three or four hours, and when that starts affecting my game I know it's time to stop.

Mine wasnt a cash game. It was the Sunday million on poker stars. There was around 6500 people registered. That tournaments was like 9-10 hours long and I ended up finishing in 25th place paying $6500. I was the chip leader through most of the tournament but when it got to around 1000 people left my cards just went dead. I had around 400k in chips and folded for at least 2 hours straight. But it got me down to the top 30 places then I had to push with a marginal hand was KO'd.

I strongly believe shorter session are much better than shorter sessions. The longer you play the harder it is to maintain the highest level of concentration. Its impossible to focus at you highest level for more than 2 hours so thats about as long as I feel comfortable playing anymore

Very true, it's important to take breaks, but I just felt like going and going and going, but most importantly, I kept finding new tables with much fish ))

Online probably about 6 hours, live I can go for 12. 16 hours at micro, that's crazy amazing.

I once challenged myself to 48 hours of straight micro mtt. Made it to about 35 hours before I fell unconscious. I think I only came out with a slight loss, but I don't think I could/would ever try that again. Most I do these days is 10-12 if I'm feeling spry.

I don't have a really great bankroll, but yesterday I had a session of something like 10 hours of poker, but only on regular and zoom. It went pretty well actually.
