OK question. when playing online and you keep getting switched from table to table, with all new players. how do you adjust quickly without losing a large amount of chips or worse, get knocked out. do you slow it down and start all over whether or not you think your getting the best hand, or do you just stick with your strategy from table to table. what is most effective or less risky, but doesn't affect you progress?

I become LAG when I first enter a new table just to see where I'm at (provided I have enough chips to do so).
Just to see who the calling stations are and who the rocks are.
Two things happen here:
1. I immediately establish an image of a LAG player.
2. My loose table image allows me take full advantage of the fact that I'm actually a TAG and will definately get paid for my premium hands.

That is my strategy and it works for me, but it has to be well timed.

But to properly answer your question, it's best to sit back and get some reads on players as these players play totally different from the table you had just left.
Top 5 hands only for a couple of orbits until you get a feel for the table.
