I think it is possible but need to play patiently and many hours a day. I think that there should be a bankroll of over 1000$ and a limit between 5-10$ SnG games .. can play the games bigger limit you can quickly get 250$ and more but also next week you can quickly lose it all.. It means just patience and a lot of effort and of course use equity and maths..

I think, you need three main factors:
first of all - good mood;
secondly - patience;
and thirdly - concentration.

You can win but you have to be good at playing and you need to have a good bankroll, people play and win 500 and 1000 dollars a week, but for good wins you need to play at good rates to win,
but you need to be very good at playing and understanding the game, and making less mistakes in the game, or buying good expensive tournaments and trying to win good money in tournaments!
