Would a perfect poker player be one who makes the best choices based on statistics?

- Number of active players at the table.
- Between others.
Second only to variation in luck, when your high equity cards, like AA or in other situations, are broken by bad bets?
Remembering that even reaching such perfection, this player would still not be unbeatable, as luck has a certain influence on the game.
So would you add any more elements to this player or do you believe this would be the perfect player?
