Absolutely incorrect. The age is 21 with some exceptions.

BTW, you can also play live legally in the US at many casinos that are on Indian land.

Please let me know the name of some. I have visited all the casinos in Louisiana and Mississippi and you have to be 21 to walk through the doors.

Two of the Indian casinos that are close to me here in Ohio are Turning Stone in NY and Soaring Eagle in Michigan. Both you only need to be 18 to play in their poker rooms. Now fortunately (or unfortunately) I am well past 18, LOL, so I am not limited to the Indian casinos but I do have a friend who is a very very good player who is only 18 and we made a trip to Turning Stone this past summer. We had a good time as he met two other friends who are also under the age of 21 there. All 3 very good players and well above me level of play.

Haha, yea, I need to. Maybe today. Time has gotten away from me and just about any real free time I've had(except for the time for my tiny posts here that is ) has been playing poker. I've got some free time right now so maybe I'll try to get something up. I want to keep it more updated, but sometimes it's hard to find things to write besides..."Yep, won 3 BI's tonight" or "Yep, lost 3 BI's tonight" lol.

It depends on your state rules. If you are in Virginia, for example, you can play online but if your playing a satelleite tourny to Las Vegas, you would be unable to play, because Las Vegas's age limit is 21.

You do know that you don't get rakeback on play chips, right? lol. Actually, until you have money on a site, I would advise against signing up for rakeback, because you will get negative rackback for every freeroll you play(which will likely be a ton) and then by the time you do finally get some kind of roll, you won't be getting any rakeback anyway for quite some time. Instead, when you're joining a new site, just make sure your account isn't linked to any affiliates(just download directly from that specific site instead of going through a link that you clicked on from another site) and you will probably be able to get rakeback linked to your account later on down the road when you have a roll.
