Having played more than a handful of tourneys now, this tell has diminished in scale, and I have seen others with similar afflictions in their first hands of the day. Not sure what it means, if anything, so for the next handful of games I will be formulating some thoughts.

My buddy told me my tell when i have a monster says the way i was marking my cards ,of course we play alot to togeter to pick this up,but ive stopped showing my hands now.

My first trip to a casino and within a few hands I had AA with a flop of AQQ ($2/4 cash game). Two guys at the table had a queen. I ended up raking a $100 plus pot. My hands were shaking so much when I was trying to stack my chips. I've gotten over that now but was a wild feeling.
