Can I say 'binked' in a non-derogatory fashion?

Can saying someone 'binked' be alright?

No idea how one would consider the word "binked" in a negative light? I see no harm, but I'm also not easily offended either.

stop saying 'binked, you [deragatory comment]!'
I am so offended by all of you and all of your replies that if I replied to you all individually and actually explained to you how & why I'm offended your heads would explode in a flurry of jellyfish which would rain down on the ~gasp~ Admins' and ~double gasp~ Moderators' heads which would in turn initiate a whole procession of questions which really practically no-one registered on these forums is equipped, capable or willing to deal with...

~doff cap to Debi, Tammy, Martin, and their host of incredibly talented aides here~

It's really a magical thing these people are doing for us and there's a good reason that cardschat is such an easy sell:- it's the people who constitute it and make it happen.

If CC were a rock band, these people would be thrashing out on stage!

Just imagine if we could more than like posts- amirite?

Someone used this word several years ago and I looked it up and found this:
Bink
But now if you look up "binked" there are several new meanings that I hadn't seen before that all seem negative. The original one is still there if you look up "bink". Does putting it in past tense change the meaning? lol.

It could just be a sound.

It's common usage, and true to reality.

Yes perhaps, but is it always derogatory?

No, I do not believe it is derogatory, nor does it have to be. Just an acknowledgement of the reality that to win a large tourney, you are going to need some degree of run good.
