Im still yet to play live.

Were you the one who forgot to post, or was it your opponents?

Haha, ive always heard about how bad live players are, how bad were they?

My nearest casino is like 2 hours drive when im not at university... wanna try live very soon though. I feel a bit nervous about it, but I guess if I do forget to do things like post blinds or make mistakes with chips or whatever, then i'll look like a bad player.

How did your first live sesh go?

First time live I went and played with my cousin it was his first time playing live too hands were shaking

the hand I remember the most was I had pocket 9's flop came J97 I check raised one guy was an all in short stack and another guy deep who called my check raise turn was a 10, check check - River was a 9 giving me quads and I got paid off..

No freakin' clue what villain had but I was shaking before during and after the hand lol

You can just ask...do you like being a shark and start humming the jaws theme. If you get a wtf look, the there you go.

@akarobbo my first live season was in vegas at MGM I think well after Black Friday. I was nervous as hell. No joke I started studying and memorizing table etiquette like string betting and tipping. There were a few things I've learned...get your blinds in when it's your turn beyond the ring, learning not to look at your hand every 5 seconds, understanding you don't tip the dealer every single pot, learning to count what's in the pot, you don't get nearly as many hands per hr lol...those are just a few. Now I'm very comfortable. Players and the dealer are very understanding. Just be aware you'll be the table fish but when you get in the groove, you'll change your table image quickly. Venetian is hands down my fav
