How often do you play poker?

I play very often ... I think - 6 out of 7 days a week I spend playing. And I like it, that the most important thing.

How Often Do I Play Poker ??

I limit my poker to approximately 4 to 5 hours in the evening, but occasionally play during the day depending as to when the tournaments start. I am only a recreational player and I am retired. I just recently taken on a two day part time job just to keep my brain working. I do know if I played longer it would just deteriorate my play. I do not want poker to take up all my time.

I work 40+ hours Monday to Friday daytime. I usually take one evening off every week to just relax and try to study/play at every other opportunity I have. This usually equates to about 30-60 mins study and one or two games (standard 9-max SNG) on week nights. Weekends are a little less regular as I'm not working but have a social life. Sometimes I get in a couple hours study and play for 6 hours plus. Sometimes poker gets neglected for the whole weekend.
