In my case, it all depends on the mood. Sometimes I play 7 days a week for 5-7 hours a day. And sometimes I don't play at all. From time to time I can take a break for a week or even more ......... I think on average I play about 4-5 hours a day.
at least 1 day a week.. I have a maximum of 6 days a week because 24 hours a week I'm at the poker tables now.. an average of 4 hours _ 6 hours a day usually.. some freerolls, micro mtts, and fast games sometimes ..
It happens in different ways, sometimes I play often, every evening, sometimes I pause for a month, if there was a skid and I won, you can take a rest to gain strength and recover, as well as relax, so I can answer here that I play differently, depending on the situation.
Before I used to play about 8 or 10 hours a day 6 times a week, but over time I have lowered the rhythm of my game and I only play about 4 hours a day between 4 or 5 times a week, the reason is because of connection problems and even I do not have a solid bench to put more volume of play as I used to do before.
I just play for fun so I play about 3 or 4 hours a day. Sometimes I will take a rest for a few days or weeks if I feel I'm not ready to play.

I try to play every day but you got give it break here and there got to take a break when you are a losing streak it can cost you a lot in the long run I've been there me I got budget myself only lose 10 dollar at the most and cut it off until the next day
Earlier, when there was more time and opportunities, I played from 4 to 12-14 hours a day (my favorite discipline is MTT, you can get stuck in one tournament for 6-7 hours).
At the moment I play every day, from 2 to 6 hours.
