Everything is individual. If you find it difficult to play for more than 3 hours, take a break. But it is still better to play at least 2-3 hours per session. I play 5-6 hours a day with a break every hour for 5 minutes

I'm playing a few times a week. Sunday is reserved for poker. It's a hobby and if there is time, i'll use it for poker. Poker makes fun and a session, which lasts longer makes more fun, because it's a profitable session. Usually im playing for 4-5 hours. BUT like i said it's a hobby and there more important things than poker also sundays.

Not a good habit I say, I punished myself now to limit only playing the freerolls for now.
Now it's really frustrating if I get busted very early in the tournements, but at least I have more free time now and ain't losing money.
