I try to play online for a couple of hours a night, and I play live once a week. I live in Massachusetts , Foxwoods is the closest Resort Casino to me, I am not able to venture to Foxwoods more than one time a week and a couple of vacations there a year.
When I am playing live I try for a 4 hour session on Saturdays, when I am there for a few days, I try to make it an 7-8 hour session.
If I could I would play a lot. Being married kinda put a damper on the long sessions I used to play. I have done many 30-35 hour sessions live. Online I get to distracted and usually can go 10-15 hours without stopping
DUring the week i normally start like 8 and play to about 3pm depending on how long my tournys run, if im just playing cash i usually finish around 3pm all the time. then i break and start back around 8 at night. Do this for about 3-4 days a week, and then all day sunday
Now I play a lot cause I don't work and want to promote to higher league level on Pokerstars.
When I work, I play 2-3 hours, but not every day.
Wish to earn 1k dollars monthly so I don't have to work anymore
Now I do not have a permanent job, so almost all day and night I'm busy with poker, both theory and streaming of famous players and directly by the game itself (in general it's not less than 12 hours)))
I've been hitting the tables hard the last 3 months, taking in as much as I can. 4-6hrs a day, 5-6 days a week. My game has made leaps and bounds over them months. Just 3 months ago I had to google a hand rank chart sigh lol. come a long way.
I would say i play on average about 5 hours a day. Sometimes its less and sometimes its more but 5 hours is the average poker day. I really enjoy playing at cash tables for hours.
