This is a discussion on How many years have you been playing poker??? within the online poker forums, in the General Poker section; I have almost 7 years of playing poker
But i am not so rich i cant affors playing to much
I have been playing poker for 15 years now. I started when I finished school although some of my friends already watched poker on tv during school. And then I got the bug from them and I have played a lot with them over the years
Loos like already about 10 years. Also my results are not so good still. Maybe need to work more on your game and try to improve it. I saw many stories, how poker made reach lots of people. But anyway, you need to play better to be able to earn good money.
At first I played in the application on my phone and played for play money .. And in 2010 I started playing at pokerstars. So I've been playing poker for a long time, but at an amateur level. Freerolls and micro-limits. I'm just a hobby player.
I've been playing poker for about 10 years, maybe more. I am also not rich and probably only this pushed me to play poker. But in order not to be in the minuses and at least to earn something, I do not play for my own money.
I started playing over 20 years ago with friends at work. We began playing Texas Hold-Em for spare change and such at lunch time. After 3 months I learned to earn enough change for a daily meal. After a year we upped the ante to lottery tickets and I was hooked into the cash aspect of the game. Those early day were fun and challenging. This led me to play on Bodog and I started cashing out on a regular basis. After one $3500 hand on Bodog, I met my wife and we were married in Vegas on 7-7-7. Like poker, life has been full of choices, some good and some bad. I love the game of poker and hope 2022 is my year to cash out bigger and better than before. I wish you all the best and hope we continue to learn together!
re: Poker & How many years have you been playing poker???
If there is already a publication of this style, but it never hurts to relive this type of conversation.
In pokerstars I was registered for the year 2016, before I played with friends on weekends for fun.
I have been playing poker for almost 2 years, I still remember when I met poker for the first time in an ad on facebook, it impacted me from the first moment, I instantly thought it was a casino game that depends on luck to win, but when I investigated and started to play I realized I was wrong, I really like poker, and every time I'm advancing strongly in the game, I want to grow a lot and give the best of me as far as I get, I think poker is more than a game, everyone has the same passion for the game and will become great players.
I have been playing poker since 2016. That is, I have been playing for more than 5 years. During this time I have achieved quite good results and significantly improved my skills. Currently, I make an average of $ 120-150 a month. I hope that by the end of 2022 I will be able to make a profit of 200-250 dollars a month.
I started playing poker about four years ago. My colleague always played at work, I was also interested and I often watched him. Over time, I understood the basic rules of the game, created an account for 888 and started playing on my own.
I've been playing for many years but it's only been 5 months before I started studying poker. I had been having anxiety attacks for the last month and was not playing well. poker needs patience. then I'm a little stuck until I get better.
Let's see how can I start this? I started playing fake money poker in 2006 and never started playing for real money until 2014 in a live cash game. Then started playing online last year. So I guess from a real money perspective I'll say 8 years.
I have been playing poker for more than 15 years, but with long breaks, I haven't won any serious money. My brother showed the game for the first time, he is able to play and even very well, he took good prize places.
Interesting question for me at the age of 66. At first I thought yea I started at the age of 15 for gain. But I learned the game way earlier. Then my thought went on to just how many years have I played poker. After a little thought and calculation I have spent somewhere around 2.73972602739726 (lmao) years sitting at a table internet and live combined. Now I must say things I've learned from the game has helped with navigation through life.
I have been playing poker since I was 17 years old, today I am 35 years old and I still play and how not to play the most emotional card game in the world is 18 years of a lot of emotion at the tables and poker.
I've been playing poker since the beginning of this year! But I only play freerolls and micro stakes sometimes! I am a beginner and amateur in this game, but I try to improve my game like many here! For me, poker is a hobby and I only spend my free time playing! Good luck to everyone at the tables!
I've been playing poker for five years. During this time, more than 30 & never won. Sometimes I make deposits. Today I exceeded the limit and deposited 50 bucks on pokerstars. I played all day, only now I lost everything to the last cent. I canít believe that I will ever be able to win and withdraw money. In five years at pokerstars, I have never won or withdrawn money.
