How many hours a day do you play?

I'm training to be perfect at a stake before I move up, as in I want to consistently get a set amount per hour regardless of circumstance before I move up so it's slow progress but so worth the slowness as I truly have become amazing at cash games with this discipline.

On the average I am playing a couple of hours a day. But no more than 4 hours at once. After that time I am getting tired and my concentration suffers.

That's why I am not able to play big tournaments :-(

I know it's a small sample size, but I expected more variation prior to the 8 hour mark. I'd be curious to know what the correlation is between amount of playing time and stakes.
