Most I did was 12-14 a day. This is while working part-time and having a part-time business.
Next time I grind online, I'm gonna try just a few hours a day.
12-14 a day is too much. The cold deck / suckouts can pile up on you and you can start feeling like total sh*t.

when im at college i play more than i have this summer. assuming this being my senior year i probably won't play as much as I did last year, but going off last year I played anywhere between 6-15 hours, depending on the tourney schedule, if there was a festival going on. id be more focused in during the late morning early afternoon, if it was early my brain and body wouldn't be fully awake and if it was late id be spent so decisions weren't as good.
i feel like after your done working out and play your body and mind is more active and leads to better decision and focus. I have read articles from pros that stress exerciser and eating correctly for sustained focus and to keep your body and mind fresher longer.

game usually between 10-12 hours but not every day , you could say my session takes that amount of hours ... which has often played against me , so I have to learn to handle it, I recommend trying to have fewer hours or shorter sessions so as not to tick sessions

In a weeks time: maybe 20 hours, give or a take a few. I don't put in a lot of volume, so this is probably around average. Definitely increases if I get free time to play more.
Best prize pool: Probably the 1K GTDs that I play, but it varies with size of field and buy-in. I usually play $2-$5, with shots at higher buy-ins, and focus more the the GTD MTTs, so prize pools are decent sized for the micros.
