Well, if you didn't watch it, the fat kid blew it:

Calling an all-in with A,9 offsuit when you're the big chip leader in the biggest tourney the world has ever seen outside Vegas?

Starting to see why high school was such a struggle for him.

Stupid, stupid call.
Stop hating.

What was best about this tourney was how fantastic Negreaneau [sic, sorry] was. He might as well take a written transcript and sell it as a book because he was witty, lucid, and right on 90% of the time.

Kid Poker dropped out of College. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!

From wikipedia:

By 16, he was spending time in pool halls, hustling, sports betting, and playing cards.[3] When he was several credits short of graduation, Daniel dropped out of high school and began his life as a rounder playing at the local charity casinos, usually at Casino Country and Fundtime Games, and looking for illegal games around the city.

Born in Canada, Daniel Negreanu got hooked on playing poker in his teen years. The call of the cards proved to be too tempting for him and he dropped out of high school just short of graduating. His dream was to become a professional poker player and the place to do that was Las Vegas. Before he set off for the bright lights of Sin City, Daniel Negreanu had to grow his bankroll. He did that through playing poker through local games both legally and illegally.

I would really like to know how his parents reacted to the news that he has reached the final table and is on the brink of winning a few million dollars. Honestly, I doubt it would change their mind that he made the wrong decision to drop out of high school. No matter how great he was at poker, he should have at least completed the bare minimum of education. At least he plans to attend Stanford, a world-renown university, even though he has achieved a lot of success with poker. That decision must have been difficult to make.

i like that he won but got extremely lucky at some points..He 6th bet with 75 and got a flop from heaven with 55K to crack his opponents Ak if he would have lost this 2 million pot who knows what would have happen. but agressive plays pay big.
