HEM setup for UB???

I downloaded the free trial of HEM today, but I can't get it set up for UB. I went through the step by step tutorial, but it still isn't working. Is there any tricks/problems that I should know about?

Sorry man I don't play on UB. What exactly is wrong? Is it just not importing hands?

Dude, try a search at the HEM forum. I had a couple problems myself and solved them with stuff I found there. I searched "UltimateBet" on the forum for you, but all I found was stuff for HUD problems.

I'm pretty sure UB write HH's to hard drive now. Make sure HEM imports them from the correct folder.

to get hem to work with ultimate bet you have to open the hand history for each table (I just minimize them once they are open) and that should do it.

yeah, I had my HH open when I was playing and played for about 1/2 hour. Still didn't work.

Do you have to auto import on while you are playing? I've never messed with HEM before.

Yeah, that's the prob. I will go check out the forums when I get a chance, sticker. I just wanted to see if I could get any better answers here first... this is my hoooome!
