HELP! Full Tilt Setup.exe error

I'm trying to download FTP on my desktop and after downloading the 13M file I run setup and I get the "have to shut down sorry for the inconvenience message. Send or don't send to MS"

anyone else having setup issues with FTP, i've already got an account i just want to put it on my other machine, jeesh.

Try uninstalling it and reloading it - sometime this works

Not sure what the message means, sounds a strange one, haven't come across that one before
