I heard (read) about some vote on July 6 here in the U.S.A on poker . Does anyone have any info on this? As to what they are voting on.

Frank's bill delayed until September.

Barney Franks bill has Hearings on legislation introduced by U.S. Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) seeking to overturn provisions of the unpopular Unlawful Internet gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) have been pushed back to at least September, according to a spokesman for the Poker Players Alliance, one of the groups supporting and helping craft the Frank measures.

Thanks for the reply and info,,, hope they get to vote later this year... Here in Texas our wonderful governor block a vote on legal poker rooms here at home,,,,whats a poker player going to do.....
