I suppose I can deal with crooked Harrah's entering other markets first, and attempting to legalize it in the U.S., as long as the legalization is a fair deal and they don't pull any tricks.

I personally think the chances of a Vegas casino grabbing a chunk of PartyGaming (or another publicly traded company) is a pretty likely move. Even now, there is a ton of money to be made outside of the US market, I'm sure the casinos would love some of the action.
