Smaller wins, if you use a single buy-in, you will be in a hard level and you're not playing too much so your rivals will get a huge adventage vs you!

I'd choose to split it into much smaller buy ins for MTTs. Variance is heavy with MTT's so therefore it'd be insane of me to use it for one buy in. There's no guarantee I'll even win that one single tourney so splitting it and playing much smaller tourneys would be certainly smarter.

I think you'll find yourself sacrificing proper decision-making when you enter a single MTT. Knowing it's your only chance at a score that day, you could be likely to make a poor fold because you're more "scared" to bust. Push/fold line and pretty much all betting situations tighten up.

I would much rather play many small tournaments, so that I'm less afraid to bust any particular one.

Stick to small ball. Small wins over big scores . Thats what will win you the race.

Smaller Ones For Sure

I would go for smaller ones as the single all out blow if went wrnf could cost me. So it's better in my opinion to start of small on the table then as you proceed, you go bigger with the money. Sometimes for fun you can go all out in one shot but that should only be once a month for fun

I would and do play the biggest MTT's I can satellite into often busting my bankroll. I always try to satellite into tournaments rather than pay the full amount without a fight. Have yet to score $10,000 dollars or more have attempted it like 44 times.

Why? Because going big it takes similar amount of luck, patience, discipline, skill, time, and effort to win a large MTT guaranteed as it does a small guaranteed MTT. Just because the MTT is a series of small buy-in that maybe cheap does not mean it is easier to win.

Now high-roller or Large Field structure is different story.I prefer large field because I need an amount to alter my life or maybe change it if I had scored big in the Million Dollar Sunday or soon the $5 million Venom. Don't grind is the point you just waste huge amount of time and effort making the casino rich.

Hi.
Basically, I play poker 3-4 days a week. I prefer MTT tournaments. Over the past 5 months, I have been able to substantially increase my bankroll thanks to freerolls from our community.
Good luck.

I would play several tournaments with smaller buyin. You can combat variance much easier this way.

I would play smaller buyin. If you play only one MTT you can lose everything at once, if you play many MTT maybe only FT and you get your money back.

Poker is still much a game of chance, so the more buy-ins the bigger your chances of winning are.

All problem is that it,s not so easy to make a huge wins in poker as it seems.
Small win is also a good win.

Putting all of your buyin in one tourney compared to spanning it across several tourneys seems to be a bad call in my opinion. It would be unnecessary stress on your playstyle as well as make you tighten up in spots that you might normally be calling or raising in. with 50 bucks I would go with 1 dollar MTT or go with 5x10 dollar MTT at the highest.

Risking a large percentage of your bankroll and going for big scores/shortcuts is usually a fast rout to going broke. You'll need to get pretty lucky to avoid going broke sooner or later.

Basically I play in MTT and SNG tournaments. But I never play cash games, because I always lose in them.

Message 1'

Good afternoon! If I played then I would split the money into several tournaments, and if there was a choice or one tournament or game cache I would choose the cache, a maximum of two tables

I would preffer to divide that X amount of money and play more mtts.
I preffer this and start all mtts at saame time in order to have more tables and to reduce swings. Also if i make a crucial mistake , 1 table is gone but i have some more open. Gl

I prefer the "small wins" without a doubt! I prefer consistency, persistence, and dedication of small victories.

Always spread it out. $100 on one tournament will come down to one hand. Your money is on one hand.

Good bankroll management is relying on more skill, less luck. $1 on one hand... big difference.

Always go for the big win in a normal regular tournament. Don't be afraid to bow out and not come away with a cash. All the big money is in the top few spots which is where you want to be. If you constantly go for the min cash because your afraid to be eliminated you are going to hurt your return on investment(ROI)
